Effluxa reports are not financial, legal, accounting, investment, or tax advice. Users should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded documents are accurate and that they have permission to upload and process them.

Payments

Full AI audit unlocks are one-time digital purchases. Pro and Agency are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually according to the plan selected at checkout. Payment processing is handled by Paddle. You can manage payment details and subscriptions from the Billing area in your account.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel a Pro or Agency subscription through the Paddle billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally remains available through the current paid billing period. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and applicable consumer rules.

Account Deletion

You may delete your Effluxa account from Account Settings after cancelling any active paid subscription. Account deletion is permanent for data held in Effluxa. Paddle may retain billing records required for transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.

Limitations

AI-generated reports may contain errors or incomplete interpretations. Effluxa does not guarantee specific savings or financial outcomes.
